Dear St Mark Family,

Welcome to the New Liturgical Year B and the 1st Sunday of Advent, with Baptisms at 10:30am Mass.  The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be celebrated this Saturday, December 2nd, at 4pm in the Daily Chapel.

Religious Formation this Sunday at 12:30pm for Elementary and 6pm for Middle and High School.

The month of Remembrance has wrapped up on Thursday, November 30th.  For those that placed a picture on the tables in the Commons, PLEASE pick it up.

The Christmas trees are here and we are in great need your voluntary help for this wonderful St Mark tradition, especially this weekend and next.  Please sign up to help on the Parish website.  Many hands make light work!

The Christmas Giving Bags are being distributed after all Masses this weekend and the Christmas Giving Trees are up, please take an angel to make those in need have a wonderful Christmas. You may also give online to the Christmas Giving Tree 2023 .

This Thursday, Dec 7th, is the 1st Thursday of the month, we will have Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament following the 8:30am Mass until 6:15pm, followed by Evening Prayer and Benediction.

We celebrate the Holy day of Obligation for the Immaculate Conception of Mary on this Friday, December 8th, with Masses at 8:30am and 7pm.

The Wisdom Seekers will be having their Christmas Luncheon on December 8th, please sign up for the catering numbers.

Next Sunday, December 10th, at 4pm, our Music Ministry will conduct the Advent Lessons and Carols in the church, with a pot-luck following (please sing up), and presentation from our RF Team in the Great Hall.

On Thursday, December 14th, at 7pm, we will have our Advent Penance Service.  We have 9 confessors on hand for individual confessions.  We will also list the Penance Services at other parishes for your information.

On Saturday, December 16th, at the 5:30pm Mass will also celebrate the Filipino Sim Bang Gabi Tradition and have a simple reception following in the Great Hall.
